looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Supervisor to join our team.
As a Retail Supervisor, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in
charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting
our brand. This position is a steppingstone towards a management
role within IT’SUGAR. The Supervisor will be a shift leader in
charge of overseeing all store functions and team members. What
you’ll do? IT’S Exciting! Laugh out loud, dance to the music, and
provide a humorous escape to our customers while you Act as a
Leader on Duty: Oversees the daily operation of the store and
ensures that sales objectives are met. Evaluates daily operations
on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations/initiates action to
enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Fosters a productive work environment through consistent coaching
and training of Sales Associates. Demonstrates a positive,
enthusiastic and brand proud attitude. Promotes safety for both our
customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
Partners with store manager to identify ongoing challenges and
present solutions. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Follow our
customer engagement model SUGARTAINMENT by setting the stage,
welcoming, engaging, entertaining and thanking the customer. Assist
customers with requests and inquiries. Ensure salesfloor is clean
and organized while maintaining store visual standards. Operate
POS/ register to properly cash out all customers. Achieve Sales
Goals: Follows through on customer requests for specific items and
suggests additional products. Use selling skills by explaining
benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product
information. Support Store Operations Maintains store cash handling
records, reports, and opening and closing procedures. Ensures
visual standards are appropriate and support the brand image.
Merchandises displays to visual guidelines. Plan, coordinate, and
set up special events and promotions. Maintain communication with
associates regarding product recommendations to increase
sales/inventory. Understands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and
procedures and communicates LP issues with the Store Manager.
Operational Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
salesfloor/backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, mopping, etc.

environment. Requirements: What you need to join the fun: Must be
18 years of age or older. Education: High School diploma or
equivalent preferred. Years of Experience: 2 years of retail
experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings,
weekends, and holidays. Able and willing to work 32-40 hours a
week. Must be able to use a POS/cash register. Able to stand and
walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach
with hands and arms and talk or hear. Able to independently
lift/move up to 25 lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with
assistance. Must be able to work alone or with minimum amount of
