Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to
drive organizational initiatives and support strategic objectives
in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute people and talent strategies aligned with
business unit objectives
Lead organizational development initiatives, including change
management and culture transformation
Utilize HR metrics to partner with leaders on workforce planning,
compensation, and performance management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of People Business Partner experience in high growth tech
environments
Experience partnering with C Suite leaders and leading distributed
teams
Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including
compensation and employee relations
Experience with change management and organizational design
principles
Ability to comprehend and apply relevant laws and regulations
