Instructional Design Intern to join our team. This role is
responsible for designing and developing engaging, impactful
learning experiences for a variety of audiences within the
organization. You will collaborate with members of the Learning &
Development (L&D) team and cross-functional departments to
create high-quality eLearning content that aligns with business
goals and enhances employee skills and performance.
Responsibilities: Instructional Design & Development Apply adult
learning principles and instructional design best practices to
create engaging, interactive, and impactful learning experiences.
Design and develop instructional materials such as eLearning
modules, videos, job aids, and assessments aligned with learning
objectives and business goals. Utilize eLearning authoring tools
(e.g., Articulate, iSpring) to build courses and other interactive
learning content. Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and
prototypes to guide the creation of visually compelling and
instructional sound materials. Collaboration & Stakeholder
Engagement Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers,
and other stakeholders to gather information, validate content, and
ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational needs. Evaluation
& Continuous Improvement Analyze learner data and feedback to
assess training effectiveness and recommend content or delivery
improvements. Project Coordination Manage multiple projects,
timelines, and priorities while maintaining quality, consistency,
and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a
related field. Strong understanding of instructional design
methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and
assessment techniques. Minimum of 3 years of experience in
instructional design, eLearning development, or a related corporate
training role. Experience creating eLearning content using
authoring tools such as Articulate or iSpring. Experience working
with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage, track, and
evaluate training programs. Familiarity with gamification,
microlearning, and adaptive learning strategies. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills to effectively engage with
stakeholders, present ideas, and create clear learning materials.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability
to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Come check out
