Responsible for preparing ingredients for cocktails and garnishes for bar staff Mixing and following batch recipes Keep a clean & organized bar fridge Provide support to the entire bar team Set up bar wells in the morning Maintain prep charts and proper rotation of all bar prep items Work schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Day shift
