personalized, high-quality care to a select patient panel, ensuring
comprehensive and proactive healthcare. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional primary and preventive care tailored to
individual patient needs. Build long-term relationships with
patients, offering personalized health plans and wellness
strategies. Provide same-day or next-day appointments and 24/7
access to care. Coordinate with specialists and healthcare
providers to ensure seamless patient care. Utilize advanced
diagnostic tools and technology to monitor patient health.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active
Florida medical license Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge
medicine or a similar personalized care model. Excellent
