to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with
the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality
of life.: Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited PT program •
Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required • SNF or
post-acute experience preferred • Net Health knowledge preferred
