The position is responsible for setting the strategic direction of all medical programs and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, effective, and patient-centered healthcare services 50/50 duties between administrative function and direct primary care. Their Providers enjoy a M-F, 8-5 schedule with no call, no weekends, no after hours, no holidays - great balance of work and personal life within an integrated care model focusing on health education, patient interaction and quality care! Candidates must have an active, current FL medical license, current DEA, board certified in a primary care specialty, minimum of ten (10) years of senior leadership experience in healthcare administration. Competitive, salaried employment pay ($300K-$450K) with full benefits including 36 days PTO,13 paid holidays, paid health/dental/vision insurance, paid CME, 4% 401K and malpractice covered.
