Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Guided Pathways Regional
Coordination Team.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Chancellor's Office Executive staff to refine
workplans for the team
Represent the organization in meetings regarding system needs
related to Vision 2030
Manage team progress and ensure alignment with organizational
policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of ten (10) years of professional work experience with
demonstrated success
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program/system
implementation or project management
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an education or
non-profit environment preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of personnel management/supervisory
experience preferred
Knowledge of community college reform efforts and Guided Pathways
preferred
