Position: Office Fiscal Specialist Location: West Palm Beach, FL Duration: Full Time (1 year contract to hire) Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance, supplemented by 2-3 years of hands-on experience and/or specialized training in related work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Oracle Financials and Procurement (or similar ERP system) Experience
• Inventory Management Expertise
• Vendor Relations experience
• Contract Review Skills
• Budgeting ExperiencePlusses:
  • Experience with Ivanti or similar ITSM Ticketing system
  • Experience in IT BG, hardware/software experienceDay to Day: Incumbents in this classification prepare record, process, maintain, and analyze a variety of financial records, documents and files in accordance with established policies and procedures. Independent judgment is exercised within parameters defined by supervisor, and established policies procedures, and accepted standards. Work is reviewed for compliance with desired objectives through observation and written reports.
