Great opportunity for a skill Accounts Payable professional who can execute on accurate and timely coordination of the full cycle of accounts payable activities. Client DetailsOur client is a growing full service commercial construction company with a string presence in the Florida market. Description

• Manage the inbox
• Submit invoices for Project Manager's approval.
• Responsible for maintaining the A/P register and related reports.
• Enter invoices, AIA requisitions for daily & future payment.
• Ensures timely payments of vendor's invoices.
• Maintained accurate records and control reports.
• Manage vendor correspondence via email/phone or direct mail.
• Vendor statement reconciliation and requesting past due invoices as needed.
• Create checks for daily & weekly check runs.
• Create release of liens for checks
• Enter Certificates of Insurance (COI) for vendor compliance
• Prepare and update the cash forecast required to pay companies obligations.
• Implement policies and procedures related to A/PProfile
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or other appropriate discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Job Offer
